Broccoli Cheese Soup

  

1 Medium onion, diced small

3 T Butter

3 C Water

4 Chicken Bouillon Cubs

10 oz Frozen Chopped Broccoli

4 oz Thin Noodles

2 lb Velveeta Cheese

4 C Milk

  

 

Sauté onion in butter until tender.  Add water and bouillon and simmer for 3 minutes until it is dissolved.  Add the frozen broccoli and noodles, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.  Cube 1/3 of the box of Velveeta and add to mixture stirring to melt.  Add milk and heat through.
