Celery Sticks with Apple Curry Chutney
A cool and light treat for friends and family!
- 1 cup apple curry chutney
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken breast meat
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
10 celery ribs, cut into 2-inch pieces
Combine chutney, yogurt, mayonnaise and curry powder in medium bowl; mix well.
Add chicken, nuts, and green onions; toss well to coat. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour. Spoon about 1 teaspoon chutney mixture into each celery piece.
Makes 40 appetizer servings.
